Refunds and Returns

  1. If you find that the product is damaged, mis-delivered, or insufficient in quantity after receiving it, please keep the invoice and email xx@lumiasiapacific.com within seven days of the date of receipt to apply for a return or exchange. When applying, please provide the order number, invoice copy, reason for return or exchange, and photos of the defective product so that we can process it.

  2. Once the return application is approved, we will arrange to collect your returned product. After inspecting the returned product, we will arrange a return and exchange, or assist you in exchanging for other products.

  3. If the discount period has expired when you exchange the product, you will not be able to enjoy the same discount as when you purchased the product. The product price will be based on the price shown on the ordering day.

  4. If the price of the replaced product is higher than the price of the returned product, the difference must be paid.

  5. The paid shipping costs will not be refunded; those who successfully apply for return and refund will need to pay the return shipping costs.

  6. Only one return can be made for an order, any request for return or exchange of damaged goods due to personal reasons/personal reasons will not be entertained.

  7. All gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
